setelah beberapa bulan saya pening memikirkan masalah diri.. rase bersalah pada encik suami kerana menggangu tidurnya.. akhirnya saya berjaya menemui bantuan yang saya perlukan.. hehe.. esok nak g dentist kat Dataran Sunway ni, nak buat 'custom nightguard' ngee~ puas dah survey nightguard nih.. boleh tahanla harge.. range RM300 - 500 huhu rabak poket i taw!!
segala2nya demimu en suami.. heheh.. ekceli aritu saye ade wat entry pasal tabiat laga gigi @ 'tooth grinding' time tido.. pastu lak my hubby pulak sangat sensitip ngan bunyi2an camtu.. mmg takle tidola.. so setelah puas saye carik solution.. dan atas bantuan pakcik google saye dapat tau the best solution is 'nightguard'.. mmg tade ubatla utk tabiat ni.. selalunye tooth grinding ni sebab stress.. stress?! i ni stress ke? maybe sebab selalu termimpi2 keje yang membukit kat opis tu kot!! hahaha
mmgla keje tu tak nampak membukit sebab sume simpan dalam folder laptop!! ngee~ setelah berbincang dan berdikusi dan untuk kebaikan dan kerukunan hidup kami bersama, spentla duit sket untuk buat custom nightguard.. ade je jual yang dah siap dan agak murah tapinye takut tak selesa sebab bentuk rahang kite lain2 kan pastu tak dijamin ketahanannye.. so saye pilih dentist dekat ngan opis ni ha.. esok appoinment after keje.. cam ngeri gak nak jupe dentist hehe ^^
