kenangan roti lilit

bila blogwalking resipi roti teringat zaman sekolah dulu, zaman comot - comot masuk pengakap - camping sana sini - sampai tak ingat nak studi. masak roti lilit yang tak kepoh nak pakai miver ke pelembut roti ke, baking powder ke, oven jauh sekali! manala nak carik cucukkan soket oven tu klu dah camping kat ceruk kampung - yang dah serupa hutan tu... setiap ahli pengakap WAJIB tahu pasal roti lilit ni tau. kalau fail bab ni takut tak dapat lencana. bila tak lulus satu tak boleh nak proceed ke lencana lebih tinggi

sapa yang tak berapa nak familiar dengan roti lilit tu tak payah nak bayangkan roti yang gebu macam baru keluar oven ye sebab roti lilit ni langsung takde rupa roti! lebih baik anda bayangkan tepung yang dililitkan ke ranting kayu dan kemudian dibakar diatas bara dan biasanya output yang dapat tu takla cantik. nasib tak baik ada yang rentung!

sila fokus pandangan anda pada pinggan - pinggan berisi selain daripada sosej tu ya. Itula outputnya bila bakar atas api, bukan atas bara... tapi kalau dah nama camping, makanan yang huduh pun rasa sedap jugak! nak - nak tengah lapo! hahaha cube kalau kat rumah jangan harap nak makan benda gitu

tapi ada jugak yang agak kreatif, hasilnya roti lilit ni boleh tahan comel jugak.

selalunya time camping pengakap ni yang seksa nya pengujila. Pening dengan macam2 roti lilit yang perlu diberi markah kalau yang sedap penguji makan sampai abis. Kalau yang cantik, siap bubuh kaya, gula untuk finishing dapatla markah lebey.. penguji pun tolong makan habiskan.. tapi kalau yang macam gambar first tu sendiri mau ingatla.. kene habiskan depan penguji juga walaupun tak berapa nak sedap.

meh nak share resipi roti lilit ni

bahan-bahan utama:

Tepung gandum, air, gula sebagai perasa, batang kayu yang di cuci bersih, dan api...

Cara membuat:
mula, mula campurkan sedikit air kedalam tepung, dan mula uli tepung. setelah tepung sudah kering, lakukan proses yang sama untuk beberapa kali, . dalam masa yang sama unggun api hendaklah di buat.
setelah tepung sudah sebati, lilitkan tepung tadi di atas kayu, pastikan tepung di lilit dengan kemas. sesudah itu, taburkan gula. dan mula memanggang. ingat, bakar dengan bahang dan haba, bukan dengan api. nanti roti akan hangus. lepas tu, apa lagi... makan la... selamat mencuba ya...

minggu lepas suami minta tolong buatkan hantaran untuk kawan dia nak bertunang. Dah lama tinggalkan mende gubah menggubah ni, last masa wedding sendiri hampir 3 tahun lepas.. terasa macam dah ketinggalan dengan fesyen - fesyen sekarang. takutla tak memenuhi kehendak kawan tu, tapi sebab suami buat jugalah. buat yang ringkas dan senang nak bawa maklumlah perjalanan jauh.

seminggula mengadap semua hantaran tu, dan dua budak bulu tu pun sama sibuk! sapa kata senang nak buat kerja kalau takde anak kecik?? jenuh nak mengalihkan si coki. suka sangat masuk dalam plastik, gigit bunga, gigit riben pastu bawak lari, masuk dalam bakul... alahai...

Hari jumaat sampaila giliran bakul buat nak dideco, dah siap sebahagian saya letak tepi sebab nak sediakan bunga riben lain. rupanya ada yang berminat dengan bakul tu!

selama saya buat hantaran lain dia cuma dok tepi tak pernah pula mengacau, ingatkan dia tak heran dengan suma tu. Rupanya teringin jugak! haha

Watching Oprah Show yesterday, i dont know what season it is but its really a jaw dropping stories about a lady been abducted for years in amazon jungle! and i can't even imagine this kind of tragedy still happened at the other side of the world. i thought the other country is at peace as we had here.... How grateful i am to be Malaysian.

Betancourt, a Colombian presidential candidate at the time, was abducted by FARC guerrillas and spent six and a half years in captivity deep inside amazon jungle, not knowing if it would become her grave. In her book, Even Silence Has an End, Ingrid Betancourt measures the distance between fear and freedom.

Ingrid's story begins in France, where she attended school, married and started a family. In 1989 she returned to her native Colombia and was elected as a senator. With an anti-corruption stance, she launched her bid for president of the war-torn country in 2002.

For nearly 50 years, Colombia has been waging a war against the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, a home-grown rebel group known as the FARC. This organization has terrorized citizens for decades with bombings, murders and thousands of kidnappings. During her presidential campaign, Ingrid met with FARC leaders and made a demand. "No more kidnappings," she said. "That the FARC promises to stop kidnapping and to free the kidnapped people."

On February 23, 2002, just days after she made that statement, Ingrid headed to the Colombian city of San Vicente for a campaign stop. The town was located in a region controlled by the FARC, and the Colombian military says they cautioned Ingrid against traveling to this dangerous area, even refusing to provide her with armed escorts. Despite the warnings, Ingrid decided to make the trip with her campaign manager, Clara Rojas, another staffer and two journalists

Thirty miles into the drive toward San Vincente, Ingrid's car approached a checkpoint manned by FARC guerrillas. "I told the driver: 'Let's go back. We have to get out of here,'" Ingrid says. "There was a guerrilla that came running, and he put his head inside the car and he asked, 'Are you Ingrid Betancourt?' And I said, 'Yes.'"

Ingrid and her campaign manager, Clara, were forced into a truck at gunpoint. "We had been abducted," Ingrid says. "The guerrilla didn't use the word 'kidnapped.' But he said, 'I have received orders from my commanders to treat you well.' That was, I would say, the worst day of my life."

For the next six and a half years, Ingrid was held hostage in the Colombian jungle, unable to see or speak to her husband and two children. She and her fellow hostages were often kept in what they called "the cage." kemain seronok le coki dengan aly dan itula rutinnya setiap hari.

waktu lalang tinggi lagiiiiii budak2 ni seronok, pakat main nyorok2 celah2 lalang. sengaja bagi signal kat mama suruh cepat bersihkan laman.. heheh

i've been looking for dry herb for cat nip quite sometimes. looking for all petshop around kota damansara n rawang but the only had a spray-type cat nip, until i come across a blogshop own by this lady

and finally i get new cat nip for my furrrbulus! ^_^

what is cat nip?

........ Catnip is a plant, scientifically known as "Nepeta Cataria".

Originally native in the Europe, now has much widespread in North America.

Cats are known to react to catnip in various ways. Some will rub, roll over it, kick at it, hiss at one another, in short, 'all high and nuts' for several minutes. Then, they will just walk away and ignore it for at least a few hours (or days!). It is important to give the kitties time to 'reset'.

'Nepetalactone' in Catnip triggers the "all high and nuts" response. The catnip reaction is inherited, and some cats are totally unaffected by it. Kittens less than 6 months are known not to respond. Senior cats are less sensitive and needs a longer time to 'reset'. Again, it all depends on Mr or Miss Kitty!

There's a plant found locally in Malaysia, known as "Kucing Galak", (Scientific name, "Acalypha Indica") which has a similar effect on cats too. Its roots are particularly potent. This particular plant is said to originates from India. (It is also known as Thai Catnip or Tam Yae Maew)
